If your certificate fails verification, please contact our certificate department at certificates@brainzima.com with your certificate details. There may be a data entry error or your certificate might be from before our digital verification system (pre-2018).

Yes, employers can use this portal to verify candidate certificates. For bulk verification or official verification letters, contact our verification department.

Certificates issued before 2018 may not have QR codes but can still be verified manually using certificate ID. For certificates issued before 2015, contact our office with the certificate details for manual verification.

You can apply for a duplicate certificate by contacting your training center with your student ID and personal details. A nominal fee applies for duplicate certificate issuance.
