1. Eligibility for Refund
- If a student cancels their enrollment within 7 days of payment and has not accessed any course materials, they may be eligible for a full refund.
- If a technical issue prevents access to the course, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days, a full refund will be credited.
- In case of duplicate transactions due to technical errors, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with the course content unless there is a valid issue with the course structure or missing content.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds will be provided if the student has accessed the course content beyond 10% of the total curriculum.
- If the request is made after 7 days from the date of payment.
- If the course is a part of a promotional or discounted offer.
- If the student has violated any terms of use, code of conduct, or academic policies.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@brainzima.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]".
- Provide the following details in your email:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Payment Receipt or Transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the decision.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Processing & Timelines
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- If refund approved your amount will be credited within 10 business day.
- Processing time depends on the payment gateway and bank policies, and delays, if any, are beyond our control.
- If the refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team with your refund reference number.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
Brainzima Innovation Institute reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and it is the responsibility of the user to review it periodically.
