By enrolling in any course, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Definitions & Interpretation
Key Terms Used in This Document:
Refers to Brainzima Innovation Institute, its franchisees, employees, and representatives.
Refers to any individual enrolled in or applying for any course at the Institute.
Any educational program, training, workshop, or certification offered by the Institute.
Includes all educational services, facilities, resources, and support provided by the Institute.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Enrollment & Admission
Eligibility Criteria
Admission to courses is subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria specified for each course. The Institute reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
Application Process
Complete enrollment requires submission of the application form along with required documents and payment of applicable fees. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or first installment as specified.
Documentation
Students must provide valid identification documents, educational certificates, and photographs as required. The Institute reserves the right to verify all submitted documents.
Right to Refuse Admission
The Institute reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of incomplete documentation, false information, or disciplinary concerns.
Important
Submission of application does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to seat availability and fulfillment of all eligibility criteria.
Fees & Payment Terms

Payment Plans
We offer flexible payment options: one-time payment (with discount), two-installment plan, or monthly installment plan. Installment due dates are fixed and must be adhered to.
Consequences of Non-Payment
Failure to pay fees by due date may result in suspension of services, withholding of certificates, and legal action. Access to classes and labs will be restricted until outstanding payments are cleared.
Discounts & Scholarships
Discounts (early bird, sibling, group) and scholarships are applied at the Institute's discretion and may be withdrawn if payment deadlines are not met.
Refund Policy

- Relocation with proof (before classes start)
Non-Refundable

- After attending 2+ classes
- Change of mind or personal reasons
Refund Processing
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days, subject to ₹1000 processing fee or 10% of course fee (whichever is higher).
Course Transfer
Students may request transfer to another course within 7 days of enrollment, subject to availability and payment of transfer fee (₹500). Course fee difference must be paid if transferring to higher-priced course.
Batch Transfer
Batch transfers are allowed once per course with ₹300 transfer fee, subject to seat availability in the requested batch.
Attendance & Course Completion
Required to be eligible for certification

Required in final assessment for certification
Attendance Requirements
Students must maintain minimum 75% attendance to be eligible for course completion certificate. Attendance below 75% may result in repeating the course or additional charges for make-up classes.
Leave Policy
Leave requests must be submitted in advance via the student portal or to the course coordinator. Emergency leaves should be communicated within 24 hours with valid documentation.
Intellectual Property
Institute Materials
All course materials, study notes, presentations, software, and digital content provided by the Institute are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students may use these materials for personal educational purposes only.
Prohibited: Reproduction, distribution, sale, or commercial use of Institute materials without written permission.
Student Projects
Projects developed by students during the course remain the intellectual property of the student. However, the Institute reserves the right to showcase student work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or exhibitions with due credit to the student.
Brainzima Brand
The Brainzima name, logo, trademarks, and brand identity are proprietary property of Brainzima Innovation Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Amendments to Terms
The Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For significant changes affecting student rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or website announcement.
